I am a true farmgirl at heart. I love being a wife, mother, christian, daughter, sister, friend, homemaker, designer, decorator, cook, gardener, lets see, did I leave anything out? I've been married to Mr F for 5 years now. We are complete opposites! Which is why we work so well together. Miss M is my 15 almost 16 year old daughter. Sometimes I'm amazed at the young lady she has turned into. I'm also mother to Little E, who went to heaven way too early. Right now I'm a SAHM and spend my days enjoying all of my hobbies!
Please do not copy anything from my blog without permission. All photos are copyrighted. If you ask, I would be more than happy to work with you. You may link back to any post that you would like, and let me know if you do so that I can check it out!
You can learn more about Dress A Girl Around the World here. I completely agree, every little girl should have at least one dress! My Lillie has a closet full already and she's not even here. So this week I've put sewing for Lillie and the house on the back burner and started sewing for other little girls that I've never met, and probably never will. So far I've finished three dresses. I've prayed over each of them for the little girls that will receive them. Who knows, maybe these little girls will do great things!
March 15th is the BIG day! If she decides to wait that long! (I'm secretly hoping that she doesn't!)
My dr told me that she thought it would be best to induce me a week early because of my history and the longer that you wait you risk having placental issues. I'm fine with inducing so that I can plan things! Like important things, as in getting my family here to be with us to meet this long awaited baby girl! And the fact that almost weekly since moving to Atlanta I've heard on the radio, "Fire fighters deliver baby on side of GA 400!", "Police deliver baby on side of 285!", "EMS crews deliver baby on side of I-20 in rush hour traffic this am!" And yes, we will be driving on some of these highways to get to the hospital!
I don't want to be one of those ladies! I want to be in the nice comfy hospital in time for my epidural! Yes an epidural, I have nothing to prove! I would much rather be able to enjoy the birth of my child instead of being in agony.
Right now I'm just ready to get her here! I'm done with being pregnant for a while! These next 11 days are going to be long! I go in March 15th at 7pm to start the induction. So I'm figuring that she'll be born sometime in the middle of the night/ early morning on the 16th! At least that's what I'm hoping!
I had my last u/s this week. She is estimated to be about 7lbs 9oz, but that could be off a pound either way!
We didn't get any pictures to bring home with us this time, because she is head down and face down, which made it really hard to get any good pictures!
I'll be keeping everyone posted on when she arrives!
